Step 1) Prepare life materials

Put the life materials in a transparent sealed bag and write the name of the memorialist on the bag.

The following is a reference for the amount needed to make 1-3 souvenirs:

About 0.5 grams of ashes; a small tuft of hair; 2-3 deciduous teeth/teeth

 

Step 2) Go to our store or contact us online to make your design

There are many designs of souvenirs, and it is impossible to list them all online. We recommend that customers visit our stores to see the real products in person, and also to customize them according to their personal preferences.

In order to allow guests to have ample time to understand the souvenirs, please contact us in advance to arrange your visit time to avoid inconvenience caused by too many people in the store.

Step 3) Send us the life materials by mail or in person

If customers will visit the store in person, they can bring the life materials with them and hand them over to the specialist directly after choosing the style.

If you send the materials by mail, please contact the specialist to obtain the mailing information; we will also send photos to the customer for confirmation.

 

Step 4) Confirm order details and pay production fee

After the production fee is paid, the order will be officially confirmed, and we will start preparing various materials and accessories according to the customized content.

The production cycle of different designs is different, and it usually takes about 4-12 weeks to produce.

 

Step 5) Receive finished products

Guests can choose to pick up their souvenirs in person at the store or have them sent by mail.
