How do I prepare the ashes or fur?
You only need to provide a small amount - about the size of a fingernail - of ashes or hair, placed in a sealed bag, and hand it to us.

How long does the production take?
The entire process takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Once completed, we will ship the finished piece along with the remaining keepsake materials directly to the client in Singapore.

Will I get to see sample designs?
Yes. This time, we will bring the actual memorial pieces to Singapore to meet with our client in person.
